I've been trying to find a lip scub or just a recipe to make my own lip scrub, searching through recipes there are always mentioned these two ingredients - lip balm and sugar. So, i just took my lip balm and some sugar and tried scrubbing (laughs) At first I put my lip balm on, then dip my finger in the sugar and then just started scrubbing dead skin off of my lips. And that's about it, I'm not a speciallist or anything, and it probably would be better if the sugar had soaked up the balm, but then again you could try sugary feeling honey.

Every girl should own a leather jacket, that's kind of a fact, but lately (that is for a longer period of time now) the trend of leather shorts (skirts and pants too) has taken a part in a lot of women closets, even in mine (like that's a surprise). So just a thought popped in my head, if denim on denim is such a big WOW, what about leather on leather? Would you try it? Do you think it works? Is it a do or a don't? I haven't made up my mind yet, but that's what I've been wondering for about 15 minutes now. When I picture it in my mind, that doesn't look pretty at all, but maybe, when you have the right peaces of clothing to pair together, who knows.

lately (for about a year now) i've been having this obsession - nail polishes, i'd be going into a shop and looking at nail polishes and saying 'ooh, this one's cute, aww, i like that one so much..', but i never end up buying them. i don't know is it the budget or sth else that keeps me back, i'm just confused sometimes, and i can't seem to find the right tone for me and stuff. I just thought.. How awesome it would be, if for one year every two months I could change the place where I live. Today it's my country's 92nd birthday, so I'm going to see the fireworks and everything else happening in my city dedicated to Latvia's birthday.

The weather sucks - it is snowing and raining together, everything's grey.. sad.

Ugh, I can't take any photos with my camera and the crappy ones with my phone are pointless, can't wait to get my camera fixed.

I tried to charge my camera and realized that the charger was broken, and now I'm unable to charge my tiny little soap camera (which I love btw). Now I have to figure out how to fix that. Anyway, since I couldn't take any photos today, I'm posting something from the last day of summer, well it's the day before the last day. I'm wearing no make up in these photos and you should know that I have the worst skin ever, it's not that I can't get it clean with no dots or anything, I just have to rest more and leave out the stress.

I'm back from Stockholm! Even though I didn't have a lot time to spent in the city I managed to go to H&M, finally, I've been wanting this for so long. So when I finally got there it was amazing, even though I wasn't in the largest one (when we went around the city afterwards we found two more). These are the things I managed to buy in really short amount of time and I was actually looking only for accessories. Ok, I'll stop talking. This is just not going anywhere, I'm just excited. I've decided, when I have no pictures to post I'll post sth that hasn't been posted. So, this time it's a photo of me from the 1st of September, first day of school. They sometimes call it knowledge day or sth. So, yeah.. After the official part at school, me and some of my classmates got in cars and drove to Jūrmala, it was the best 1st day of school ever, we had so much fun and took so many photos, which I still haven't got from my friend, silly. I'm sorry, but the photos are in wrong order end -> beginning. But I had a blast that day :)

Um, hello!

I've been really busy with school work, but it will end sometime soon, at least I hope it will. Anyway, I bought plaid shirt, yay! Finally I got one, I was addicted 2 them, but when I got back from this plaid virus, I finally found one, not mentioning its 3 sizes too big, but I don't really care about it.. :)

Today I went to see a new movie (it's Latvian) about old times. Not really my thing, cause I'm fan of futuristic movies somehow.

And we also went to history museum to view a collection of old and nowday toys and games.

I wore a batwing shirt and jeans from Cubus, Reserved hat and Primark necklace and bracelets (I've been waiting for something from this shop for so long, and no I have sth, it feels so great, I was so happy yesterday).

I got this great pearl necklace and bracelets from my cousin, she's really great! And this necklace has a little bow on it, it lok so pretty and cute! And I'm wearing my hat, that's actually a beret, you just can't see the other side of it (maybe some other time).

And guess what, my dream came true and it was snowing and snowing, except yeasterdays evening, when it started raining - not the greatest Christmas present..

But everything, except that, went amazing :)

Seriously, my school was burning, there was smoke all over the third hull. Honestly, I was really scared. When we went to the cafeteria (and none of the girls seemed to need anything we went to class PS cafeteria is in third hull) and I could smell sth, so, I asked if anyone do they smell sth too, but no one did, but on our way to class few teachers and pool's med sister were really nervous about sth. And after 5 min we had to go out of the school because it was burning..

Brr.. And by the way my pc restored itself and all of my files were deleted, so yeah, I didn't have anything on my pc, so now I'm using my so called "family" pc :D

Love these shoes! Even though the first day I wore them I totally destroyed my legs and there are still some bruises from them, but anyway it was worth it :) And it's not really easy to walk 3 km to school +3 km back home.

They look good and you can wear them with everything.

So, tomorrow is the 1st of September and everybody's (not really everybody) going to school and having this 1st day of school "celebration" and everything. I'm pretty nervous, like always, but nobody cares, so this year I look up to thinking more about myself than the others and what they think about me. I'm not trying to be selfish or anything, I just want to prove myself to me :)

Ok, my pc's a little stuck so the pictures from yesterday I'll put on some other day. I went to my grandparents place more like country side for me and me and my little sister just started goofing around with my camera and You'll see the results :)

Big bugs!!!

The other day me, my mom and brother went to the beach it was kind of cloudy when we were ready to go there, but we still did. When we got there , there was a flea market or sth like that - like a flea market with just one or two sellers, but it was enough to be crowded. I had to hold my brother and we decited to not go there and I thought maybe later. In the start we waited for sun and then it came. Sky was clear and sun was shining - perfect weather for sunbathing :) And guess what? When we got to the car the clouds were back. On our way home we went to a shopping centre and my legs looked really good and thinner in every mirror I looked. And then I realized that wearing mini's makes me look better, I think this could be like that to anyone, but who knows. I was wearing ordinary denim miniskirt, but I didn't took any photos in them.

On July 11th was my brothers christening. I had slept all night with rolls in my hair and I did them at ~ 1 AM, and I wasn't tired AT ALL. So, that was good. We were a little too early at the church, that's why I had a little time to make more photos and I did :)

After the christening we went up the tower of another church, which's inside you can see above. It had this really high ceiling and I absolutely loved it, it was so beautiful.

You can see those little dots, those are human walking down the street. That's the view from church St. Peter. It wasn't higher than 90 meters, but the view was so amazing.

That is ceiling of St. Johans church, where my brother was christened. My sister and I were christened in the same church and my parents married there, and my dad was christened there too.

So, about a week ago me, my mom, sister(10) and little brother(1yr & 8m) went for a walk. At first we went to a small shop where they sell bows, pearls and stuff. My mom bought some bows, pearls and plastic flowers for the upcoming wedding, after all she is the maid of honour :)After that I and my sister realized that we're getting a little hungry and we wanted to buy some ice cream on our way home, so we went to the shop that wasn't far away and bought ice cream. We also bought jellies. And on our way out we found these really great jars for candies and bowls for desserts.At the end of the day I did my new hair cut. My mom cut down about 15-20 cm of my hair, but that was no big deal, because I just want to keep my hair healthy and beautiful and they will grow after all.

What I'm doing?

One day when I wore a skirt, girls at my school were like "is it your birthday today? Sorry, I didn't remember" and then I think that's nice if everyone is wishing you happy birthday (or name day) 3 months later, but it's not that nice when they think it's today, but it's not. I really love fashion, but because of this thing called financial crisis I'm a little bit crashed and lost. After those last three years I've been working, I feel that this summer sth's missing cause there won't be that big shopping spree like there was last year. Now I'm just over thinking everything. I've always been like that, when my mom says "if you want it, I'll buy it for you" and then I think that I don't want to waste her money or my dad's money. But anyway, I've kept myself strong for that and now I'm getting introduced (starting to check out) to some of my town's secondhand stores, I just didn't new any good in my town, that would have sth what I could wear. I even remember that when I was little, secondhand shopping was so big, because it was new (kind of) for everyone and also exciting (now I know how to write this word right).
You know.. What I need right now is a pair of jelly flats. I saw them in a magazine and remembered, that I had one when I was little and I used to like and enjoy them. Remembering that, I feel like I need a pair right now. So, hoping to find one somewhere here in Latvia.

I have a fabulous little sister. She's 10 yrs old and that means 7 yrs younger than me, and that means.. yeah, I don't really know what that means, but whatever.. So here's a picture of her (by me) wearing my granddads glasses, she looks good though. I said "hold it" and she goggled :D

The picture was taken while we were visiting our grandparents after we had had some pre wedding lunch at our cousins house. Weird..

Actually it was fun, not mentioning the mosquitos that were in the church at the confirmation, everyone were scratching after that, brr..
